الجريدة الرسمية .. نشر ثلاثة قرارات وزارية تهم تحديد تواريخ انتخاب ممثلي الموظفين والمستخدمين في كافة القطاعات المهنية

نشرت الجريدة الرسمية في عددها 6978 ليوم الخميس 15 أبريل 2021 ، في إطار الإعداد للاستحقاقات الانتخابية المتعلقة بالتجديد العام لممثلي المأجورين، ثلاثة قرارات وزارية تم بموجبها تحديد تواريخ انتخاب ممثلي الموظفين والمستخدمين في كافة القطاعات المهنية. ويتعلق الأمر، بقرار وزير الاقتصاد والمالية وإصلاح الإدارة، مؤرخ في 6 أبريل 2021، الذي تم بموجبه تحديد يوم 16 يونيو 2021 لانتخاب ممثلي الموظفين في اللجان الإدارية المتساوية الأعضاء المنصوص عليها في النظام الأساسي العام للوظيفة العمومية والأنظمة الأساسية الخاصة بموظفي الجماعات الترابية ومستخدمي المؤسسات العامة، وبقرار وزير الطاقة والمعادن والبيئة، مؤرخ في 6 أبريل 2021، الذي تم بموجبه تحديد يوم 16 يونيو 2021 لانتخاب ممثلي المستخدمين في لجان النظام الأساسي ومستخدمي المنشآت المنجمية.

كما يهم الأمر قرار وزير التشغيل والإدماج المهني، مؤرخ في 6 أبريل 2021، الذي تم بموجبه تحديد الفترة المخصصة لإجراء عملية الاقتراع لانتخاب مندوبي الأجراء ابتداء من 10 يونيو 2021 إلى غاية 20 يونيو 2021.

وتندرج هذه القرارات الوزارية في سياق الإجراءات التنظيمية للتجديد العام لممثلي المأجورين الذين ستنتهي مدة انتدابهم بداية شهر يونيو المقبل.
