الحكومة تصادق على مشروع مرسوم خاص بتنظيم انتخابات المجلسين الجهويين للصيدلة والصيدليات بالشمال والجنوب

صادق مجلس الحكومة، امس الخميس 16 مارس الجاري، على مشروع المرسوم بقانون رقم 2.23.195 بسن أحكام خاصة بتنظيم انتخابات المجلسين الجهويين للصيدلة بالصيدليات بالشمال والجنوب.

وذكر بلاغ للناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة أن هذا المشروع يأتي في سياق إعداد مشروع القانون رقم 98.18 المتعلق بالهيئة الوطنية للصيادلة الذي تطرق في أحكامه إلى حالة عدم تنظيم انتخابات الهيئة في حينها.

وأشار البلاغ إلى أن مشروع هذا المرسوم بقانون، يهدف إلى سن أحكام خاصة تتعلق بتنظيم انتخابات المجلسين الجهويين لصيادلة الصيدليات بالشمال وبالجنوب وذلك إثر عدم تنظيم انتخاباتهما بعد انقضاء مدة انتداب أعضائهما المحددة قانونا في أربع سنوات.

ويتضمن هذا المشروع، يضيف البلاغ، مقتضيات تنص على إحداث لجنة إدارية خاصة يعهد إليها بتحضير وتنظيم الانتخابات الخاصة بالمجلسين الجهويين للصيدلة بالصيدليات بالشمال والجنوب؛ وتعيين رئيس اللجنة وأعضائها وتحديد تاريخ شروعها في مزاولة مهامها بمرسوم يتخذ باقتراح من السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالصحة؛ مع تحديد كيفيات إعداد وتنظيم الانتخابات من قبل اللجنة، وذلك خلال مدة أقصاها ستة (6) أشهر من تاريخ شروع اللجنة في مزاولة مهامها. بالإضافة إلى سن أحكام انتقالية تروم ضمان استمرارية عمل المجلسين الجهويين المعنيين خلال فترة تنظيم الانتخابات.
