الحكومة تصادق على مشروع مرسوم يتعلق بحماية العمال ضد المخاطر الناجمة عن البنزين

صادق؛ مجلس الحكومة المنعقد اليوم الخميس 25 غست الجاري برئاسة عزيز أخنوش رئيس الحكومة، على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.21.502 بتغيير وتتميم المرسوم رقم 2.08.528 الصادر في 25 من جمادى الأول 1430 (21 ماي 2009)، المتعلق بحماية العمال ضد المخاطر الناجمة عن البنزين والمواد التي تفوق فيها نسبة البنزين 1 بالمائة من الحجم، قدمه السيد يونس السكوري وبحسو، وزير الإدماج الاقتصادي والمقاولة الصغرى والتشغيل والكفاءات.

وأوضح الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالعلاقات مع البرلمان، الناطق الرسمي باسم الحكومة، مصطفى بايتاس، خلال ندوة صحافية عقب اجتماع مجلس الحكومة، أن هذا المشروع يتضمن مقتضيات قانونية تحدد مهام اللجنة المكلفة بإبداء الرأي بخصوص طلبات تعيين المختبرات التي تتولى إجراء مراقبة نسبة تركيز البنزين في جو أماكن العمل، وتحديد الالتزامات التي يتعين على المختبرات المعنية التقيد بها، وكيفية توجيه الطلبات المتعلقة بالتعيين والأجل المحدد للرد عليها، بالإضافة إلى مقتضيات تحيل على قرار يحدد تأليف اللجنة السالفة الذكر وكيفيات سيرها، وكذا الوثائق التي يتعين إرفاقها بطلبات التعيين أو تجديد التعيين التي تتقدم بها المختبرات المعنية.
