الحكومة تقرر عدم الاقتطاع من أجور الموظفين الذين لم يستكملوا مسار التلقيح

قررت؛ الحكومة عدم تفعيل مسطرة الاقتطاع من أجور الموظفات والموظفين وجميع العاملين بالمرافق العمومية، الذين لم يستكملوا بعد مسار التلقيح.

وكشفت وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، في بلاغ لها، أن اتخاذ هذا القرار جاء حرصا من الحكومة على تهيئ المناخ الملائم لتطوير الحوار الاجتماعي مع الشركاء الاجتماعيين، مضيفة أن القرار جاء أيضا “في ضوء الانخراط الإيجابي للموظفات والموظفين وجميع العاملين بالمرافق العمومية والتزامهم بالإجراءات المتخذة للحفاظ على المكتسبات التي حققتها بلادنا في مواجهة الجائحة لاسيما عبر إسراعهم في استكمال مسار التلقيح”.

كما جاء “بناء على توجيهات رئيس الحكومة في شأن التفاعل الإيجابي مع طلب المركزيات النقابية الأكثر  تمثيلا الرامي إلى اعتماد المرونة وترجيح المقاربة التحسيسية في التدبير مقاربة التزام الموظفين بالتدابير المتخذة في مختلف المرافق العمومية”.
