الحكومة قدمت مشروع قانون المالية لسنة 2022 أمام مجلسي البرلمان

طبقا لأحكام الفصل 68 من الدستور، عقد البرلمان بمجلسيه جلسة عمومية مشتركة مساء اليوم الاثنين 25 أكتوبر 2021، بمجلس النواب، خصصت لتقديم مشروع قانون المالية للسنة المالية 2022، من طرف وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية.

وكانت الحكومة قد قامت بإيداع مشروع قانون المالية  بمكتب مجلس النواب قبل 20 من أكتوبر الجاري، وذلك بعد دراسته ومناقشته بالمجلس الحكومي وأيضا عرضه أمام المجلس الوزاري للتداول والحسم في خطوطه العريضة.

وتتمثل أولويات مشروع القانون المالي الذي أعدته حكومة أخنوش عزيز في أربع ركائز،  وهي توطيد أسس إنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني، وتعزيز آليات الإدماج والتقدم في تعميم الحماية الاجتماعية، وتقوية الرأسمال البشري، وإصلاح القطاع العام وتعزيز آليات الحكامة.

ويتوقع المشروع تسجيل الاقتصاد الوطني سنة 2022 نموا بزائد 3,2 بالمائة تأسيسا على فرضيات سعر غاز البوطان بمعدل 450 دولارا للطن ومحصول زراعي متوسط في حدود 70 مليون قنطارا. كما يتوقع مشروع قانون المالية، تسجيل عجز في الخزينة بنسبة 5.9 بالمئة من الناتج الداخلي الخام، إلى جانب توقع إحداث 250 ألف منصب شغل مباشر خلال سنتين.
