الحمامي: الحكومة فشل في تدبير ملف عودة المغاربة العالقين بالخارج بسبب بطء تعاملها مع الموضوع

تطرق محمد الحمامي، عضو فريق الآصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، إلى وضعية المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج خصوصا بعد إلغاء عملية مرحبا، وذلك خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 7 يوليوز 2020 بمجلس المستشارين.

واستفسر الحمامي، في معرض تعقيبه على رد الوزيرة، عن نتائج مشروع مخطط العمل الاستراتيجي الذي وضعته وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الأفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج، والذي يتضمن مجموعة من التدابير والإجراءات الإدارية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، على المدى القصير والمتوسط، لمواكبة ودعم المغاربة المقيمين بالخارج الموجودين في وضعية صعبة أو هشاشة ومساعدتهم على رفع التحديات التي تواجههم الآن أو ستواجههم مستقبلا، بفعل التداعيات الحالية والمحتملة لجائحة كورونا.

ونبه المستشار البرلماني إلى المشاكل التي يعاني منها المغاربة العالقين بدول الخارج بعدما حاصرهم فيروس كورونا قبل إغلاق الحدود وهو مؤشر على فشل الحكومة في تدبير ملف عودة المغاربة إلى أرض الوطن وفشلت أيضا في التعاطي بالشكل المطلوب والسرعة اللازمة من أجل إعادة مواطنينا، مؤكدا أن الوتيرة التي تشتغل بها الحكومة على هذا الملف تتم ببطء شديد.
