الشبكة المغربية للدفاع عن الحق في الصحة تدعو إلى التسريع بتنزيل الوكالة الوطنية للأدوية

طالبت الشبكة المغربية للدفاع عن الحق في الصحة والحق في الحياة بالإسراع في تنزيل قانون تحويل مديرية الأدوية والصيدلة إلى وكالة وطنية للأدوية والصيدلة والمنتوجات الصحية، من أجل وضع حد للتصرفات المشبوهة بمصلحة التسجيل بمديرية الأدوية والصيدلة.

وأكدت الشبكة، في بلاغ لها، أنه رغم صدور قرار وزارة الصحة في شأن الرخص الاستثنائية لاستيرد المواد الطبية المستعجلة، بسبب تداعيات جائحة كورونا كوفيد -19، من أجل تغطية حاجيات ومتطلبات الوطن والمجتمع من المواد الطبية والصحية المستعجلة، فإن المديرية تضرب عرض الحائط كل القرارات، وتعمل جاهدة وبكل الطرق لعرقلة مشاريع الإصلاح وإعادة الهيكلة الهادفة إلى تكريس الشفافية والنزاهة في التعامل مع الزبناء.

وأوضح ذات البلاغ، أن هناك بعض الجهات بالمديرية تسعى إلى خلق الفوضى وعرقلة مشاريع الإصلاح على مستوى تدبير وتحسين جودة خدماتها، واحترام المساطير الإدارية والقانونية، لتشجيع المقاولة الوطنية المواطنة والإبتعاد عن كل الأساليب التي تسيء إلى سمعة ومصداقية وجودة خدمات مديرية الأدوية والصيدلة، وذلك في إطار إصلاح شامل للمنظومة الصحية الوطنية وفي أفق تنزيل قانون تحويل مديرية الأدوية والصيدلة إلى وكالة وطنية مستقلة إداريا وماليا، تأخد بعين الإعتبار العنصر البشري من خلال وضع قانون أساسي جديد لكل الأطر العاملة بالمديرية لتؤدي مهمتها الرئيسية على أحسن وجه لضمان الامن الدوائي للمجتمع المغربي.
