الـ “ODT” تدخل على خط اعتصام شغيلة مطار محمد الخامس بالدار البيضاء وتطالب الجهات المعنية بالإفراج عن أجورهم

عبرت المنظمة الديمقراطية للشغل عن تضامنها المطلق مع شغيلة مطار محمد الخامس بالدار البيضاء، داعية السلطات الولائية والمدير العام للمكتب الوطني للمطارات إلى التدخل العاجل من أجل صرف أجور العمال والعاملات بالمطار واحترام حقوقهم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، وفقا لدفتر التحملات ومدونة الشغل الوطنية.

وكشف المكتب التنفيذي للمنظمة، في بيان صادر عنه، أن المنظمة تتابع بقلق بالغ ما تعانيه شغيلة شركات التدبير المفوض للنظافة بالمطار، من عدم صرف أجور أزيد من 500 عاملة وعامل منذ ثلاثة أشهر، محملة (المنظمة) مسؤولية الظروف الصعبة والقاسية التي تعيشها الشغيلة لإدارة المكتب الوطني للمطارات.

وعبر المكتب، في ذات البيان، عن تضامنه المطلق مع العمال والعاملات في اعتصامهم واحتجاجهم بفضاء مطار محمد الخامس بالدار البيضاء، داعيا وزارة الشغل والسلطات والولائية والمكتب الوطني للمطارات وإدارة الشركات المعنية الإفراج عن أجور العمال والعاملات واحترام كامل حقوقهم، مؤكدا أن المكتب التنفيذي قرر مراسلة وزير النقل في الموضوع .

وأضاف البيان، أن عاملات وعمال الشركات المعنية يشتغلون في ظروف صعبة وبأجور هزيلة، تتراوح بين 1300 درهم و2400 درهم، بمن فيهم الذين يتوفرون على أقدمية تزيد عن 18 سنة عمل، ودون احترام الحد الأدنى من الحقوق المنصوص عليها في مدونة الشغل ودفتر التحملات، كالحد الأدنى للأجر وساعات العمل وتعويضات الساعات الإضافية والعطل والأعياد والانخراط في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي.
