القاهرة.. الساقي تشارك في اجتماع مجموعة العمل البرلمانية للتكنولوجيا والابتكار والتحول الرقمي

أكدت النائبة البرلمانية إلهام الساقي، أن المغرب قام بإطلاق إستراتيجية “المغرب الرقمي 2030” التي تهدف إلى تمكين المواطنات والمواطنين المغاربة من الاستفادة من الخدمات الرقمية على قدم المساواة، مع ترسيخ الممارسات الجيدة ومواكبة الإدارات العمومية في ورش التحول الرقمي.

وأبرزت النائبة البرلمانية في اجتماع المكتب التنفيذي لمجموعة العمل البرلمانية رفيعة المستوى للتكنولوجيا والابتكار والتحول الرقمي التابعة للبرلمان العربي بمقر الأمانة العامة للبرلمان العربي بالقاهرة-جمهورية مصر العربية يومي 8 و 9 أكتوبر 2024، (أبرزت) أن الثورة الرقمية يجب أن تخدم مصالح الشعوب وليس تدمير المجتمعات مع وجوب وضع تشريعات لمكافحة جرائم الثورة الرقمية.

واعتبرت النائبة الساقي أن التطور المهم والسريع للتكنولوجيا والعلوم يستدعي تحديث التشريعات وإصدار قوانين تنظم وتقيد استعمال التكنولوجيا لأهداف تمس بالحقوق الكونية المتعارف عليها.

وتم خلال الاجتماع تم تقديم عرض خطة عمل واستراتيجية المجموعة خلال الفترة القادمة، كما ناقشت المجموعة إطلاق ميثاق برلماني بشأن أخلاقيات التكنولوجيا والابتكار والتحول الرقمي.


 ويشار إلى أن مجموعة العمل البرلمانية رفيعة المستوى للتكنولوجيا والابتكار والتحول الرقمي التابعة للبرلمان العربي تعتبر أول شبكة برلمانية عربية تهتم بمجال العلوم والتكنولوجيا وتسعى إلى تحفيز الاهتمام بهذا المجال في العالم العربي والتأسيس لتكامل فعال بين العلوم والتكنولوجيا والعمل البرلماني في الوطن العربي.
