القضاء الاسباني يفتح مسطرة ضد زعيم البوليساريو بتهمة التزوير واستعماله

فتحت محكمة التحقيق الثالثة بمدينة لوغرونيو مسطرة أولية ضد زعيم ميليشيات “البوليساريو” المدعو إبراهيم غالي، بتهمة تزوير وثيقة سفر تمكن من خلالها من دخول الأراضي الإسبانية في 18 أبريل الماضي.

وقد اتخذ هذا القرار على إثر شكوى رفعتها نقابة الموظفين الإسبانية “مانوس ليمبياس” ، وذلك بحسب ما علم اليوم الأربعاء لدى الجهة المشتكية.

وأوضح القاضي في قراره أن “الوقائع تتضمن كما قدِّمت، مؤشرات تفيد بوجود مفترض لجنحة تزوير وثيقة عمومية”.
وأكد القاضي أنه “في هذه الحالة يتعين فتح مسطرة أولية” ضد المدعو إبراهيم غالي.

وتم إدخال زعيم انفصاليي “البوليساريو”، يوم 18 أبريل الماضي لمستشفى سان بيدرو في لوغرونيو، بهوية جزائرية مزورة لشخص يحمل اسم محمد بن
بطوش.

من جهة أخرى، تحدثت وسائل إعلام إسبانية عن وجود وثائق أخرى ، ذات طبيعة طبية بالخصوص قدم فيها زعيم انفصاليي” البوليساريو” باسم محمد عبد الله.
