المجلس الإقليمي لأسفي يخصص اعتمادات بقيمة مليون درهم للتهيئة المجالية للجماعات القروية

صادق المجلس الإقليمي لأسفي الذي يرأسه عبد الله كاريم، يوم الثلاثاء 12 يناير 2021 بمقر العمالة، في دورته العادية على تخصيص اعتمادات بقيمة مليون درهم تدخل في إطار التهيئة المجالية للجماعات القروية بالإقليم.

ويدخل هذا الغلاف المالي في إطار إعداد مداخيل الجماعات القروية بإقليم آسفي، حيث يساهم المجلس الإقليمي وفق شراكة أبرمها مع الجماعات القروية، على تخصيص مداخيل توجه للتهيئة المجالية (تقوية الإنارة العمومية، أشغال الترصيف والتبليط وتعبيد الطرق).

كما صادق المجلس الإقليمي على مقترح إلغاء اتفاقية الشراكة المتعلقة باقتناء وتسيير وتدبير سيارة الإسعاف لفائدة جمعية تضامن مرضى القصور الكلوي، وتعويضها باتفاقية شراكة متعلقة بوضع رهن إشارة هذه الجمعية سيارة من نوع (Mini bus)، وكذلك الموافقة بالإجماع على اتفاقية شراكة بين المجلس الإقليمي لآسفي والجماعة الترابية سبت جزولة من أجل وضع رهن إشارة الجماعة شاحنة بهدف تعزيز أسطول نقل الجماعة، والمصادقة على مشروع اتفاقية شراكة مع هيئة الدفاع المكلفة بالنيابة عن المجلس الإقليمي في القضايا والمنازعات المرفوعة أمام القضاء.

وخلال هذه الدورة، وافق أعضاء المجلس على إرجاع الاعتماد المالي للمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية غير المستعمل والمدرج بالحساب الخصوصي للمبادرة المحلية للتنمية البشرية إلى الحساب الخاص للمبادرة الوطنية للتنمية البشرية، وكذا الموافقة على إغلاق الحساب الخصوصي للمبادرة المحلية للتنمية البشرية بعد تصفية جميع الالتزامات المالية المتعلقة به.
