المجلس الجماعي لإمنتانوت يصادق بالإجماع على برنامج عمله

صادق المجلس الجماعي لإمنتانوت، يوم الاثنين 10 أبريل الجاري، على برنامج عمل الجماعة، وذلك في دورة استثنائية ترأس أشغالها عبد الله العمارة رئيس المجلس، وبحضور أعضاء المجلس؛ وممثل السلطات المحلية، إلى جانب الدكتور محمد الغالي عن مكتب الدراسات الذي أشرف على إعداد برنامج عمل الجماعة.

واستهلت أشغال الدورة بالمصادقة على برمجة الفائض للسنة المالية لسنة 2022 وتحويل اعتمادات، ليتم الشروع عقب ذلك في مناقشة مضامين النقطة الثالثة المخصصة لبرنامج عمل الجماعة، حيث قدم الدكتور الغالي عرضا مفصلا حول برنامج عمل الجماعة، من خلال بسط سياقاته القانونية ومكوناته ومكامن قوته وحاجته إلى المواكبة والتتبع والعناية اللازمة من كل مكونات المجلس حتى تخرج جميع المشاريع المبرمجة سواء الجارية او التوقعية إلى حيز الوجود مع إمكانية تحيينه بعد انقضاء ثلاث سنوات من اعتماده.

مكونات المجلس أشادت في مداخلاتها بنوعية برنامج عمل الجماعة ومنهحية إعداده من الفكرة إلى اللقاءات التشاورية لفريق مكتب الدراسات؛ وصولا إلى تقديمه أمام مكونات المجلس قصد المصادقة عليه.
