المجلس الجماعي لسيدي إفني يصادق على ميزانية 2026 وعدد من الاتفاقيات

انعقدت، يوم الثلاثاء 07 أكتوبر 2025 بسيدي إفني الدورة العادية لشهر أكتوبر للمجلس الجماعي، برئاسة رشيد البطاح، رئيس المجلس، وبحضور أعضاء المجلس وأطر الجماعة.

وجرت أشغال الدورة في ظروف ملائمة تميزت بمناقشات مستفيضة بين الأعضاء، أسفرت عن المصادقة بالأغلبية المطلقة على جل النقط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال، وبالإجماع على نقطة واحدة.

وخلال الدورة، تم اعتماد مشروع ميزانية جماعة سيدي إفني برسم سنة 2026، كما تمت مناقشة وضعية المقابر بالمدينة، والمصادقة على اتفاقية شراكة لإحداث وتجهيز مركز لاستقبال جمعيات المجتمع المدني، بالإضافة إلى المصادقة على اتفاقية إحداث مجموعة الجماعات الترابية لتدبير مرافق الوقاية وحفظ الصحة ونقل المرضى والجرحى والأموات، وإدارة وصيانة آليات الأشغال.

كما قدم محامي الجماعة حصيلة عمله منذ توليه مهام النيابة عن الجماعة أمام المحاكم، واطلع المجلس على مخطط تعبئة الموارد المالية للجماعة، وتقرير اللجنة المكلفة بملف التولية، والوضعية العقارية لحي أمزدوغ.

ووافق المجلس كذلك على محضر لجنة التقييم الإدارية المتعلق بتحديد القيمة التجارية للعقارين المخصصين لاحتضان المركز المرجعي للصحة الإنجابية وفضاء صحة الشباب، وناقش اتفاقية شراكة وتعاون مع الوكالة الوطنية للسلامة الطرقية لإنجاز مشاريع متعلقة بالسلامة الطرقية بالمدينة.

كما تقرر تأجيل دراسة ومصادقة تعديل القرار الجبائي وتوسيع المدار الحضري لمدينة سيدي إفني إلى دورة لاحقة.
