المجلس الجماعي لسيدي بوعثمان يصادق بالإجماع على اتفاقيات تنموية ويواصل مناقشة ميزانية 2026

انعقدت، يوم الثلاثاء 7 أكتوبر 2025 بقاعة الاجتماعات بمقر جماعة سيدي بوعثمان، أشغال الدورة العادية لشهر أكتوبر، برئاسة رئيس المجلس طارق طه، وحضور أعضاء مجلس الجماعة وممثلي السلطات المحلية.

وتميزت الدورة بمناقشة عدد من القضايا التنظيمية والتدبيرية، حيث استهلت أشغالها بتقديم تقرير إخباري مفصل حول الأنشطة والأعمال المنجزة في إطار الصلاحيات المخولة لرئيس المجلس، شمل مختلف القطاعات الجماعية.

كما تم خلال الجلسة إطلاع الأعضاء على مستجدات الدعاوى القضائية المرفوعة ضد الجماعة، مع تقديم توضيحات حول المساطر الجارية بشأنها.

وفي الجانب المتعلق بالتخطيط العمراني، قدم ممثل الوكالة الحضرية عرضا تقنيا حول مشروع تصميم التهيئة، مبرزا مراحله الأساسية وأهميته في تأطير التوسع العمراني وتحسين جاذبية المدينة.

كما تدارس المجلس وصادق بالإجماع على مجموعة من اتفاقيات الشراكة المبرمة مع جمعيات محلية تنشط في المجالات الثقافية والاجتماعية والرياضية، إلى جانب اتفاقيات تروم تطوير كفاءات موظفي الجماعة وتعزيز قدراتهم الإدارية والتقنية.

وفي ختام أشغال الجلسة، تقرر إبقاء الدورة مفتوحة إلى غاية الأسبوع المقبل، لاستكمال دراسة مشروع ميزانية سنة 2026 وبرمجة الفائض التقديري المرتبط بها، بما ينسجم مع أولويات التنمية المحلية واستجابة لانتظارات ساكنة سيدي بوعثمان.
