المجلس الجماعي لسيدي رحال بقلعة السراغنة يصادق بالإجماع على احداث محطة لمعالجة المياه العادمة وتوسيع شبكة التطهير السائل

ترأس صلاح الدين واعمرو رئيس المجلس الجماعي لسيدي رحال بإقليم قلعة السراغنة، يوم الخميس 04 فبراير 2021، أشغال الدورة العادية للمجلس من أجل الدراسة والمصادقة علي جدول الأعمال المتكون من عدة نقاط مهمة.

وصادق المجلس الجماعي لسيدي رحال على تعديل مقرر المجلس رقم 127 المتعلق بالتشطيب على الأدوات والآليات والمعدات الجماعية الضائعة والمتلاشية، وبيع المحجوزات المودعة بالمحجز الجماعي، وكذا الموافقة على التقرير السنوي حول تقييم تنفيذ برنامج عمل جماعة سيدي رحال لسنة 2020، وعرض مشروع انجاز شبكة الماء الصالح للشرب بدواوير اهراوة.

كما وافق المجلس بالإجماع على ملتمس حول احداث محطة لمعالجة المياه العادمة وتوسيع شبكة التطهير السائل لتشمل باقي أحياء جماعة سيدي رحال، ورفع ملتمس إلى رئيس المجلس الإقليمي لقلعة السراغنة من أجل دعم جماعة سيدي رحال بألية من نوع جرافة (JCB)، والمصادقة بالإجماع على الدراسة المتعلقة بوضعية بعض الدكاكين المتواجدة بالسوق الاسبوعي في إطار مشروع تهيئة السوق.

كما أجمع المجلس المذكور على رفع ملتمس إلى وزير الداخلية من أجل تخصيص دعم مالي لبناء مقر للمكتب الجماعي لحفظ الصحة وتجهيزه، ورفع ملتمس إلى وزارة الشباب والرياضة من أجل تسييج وتهيئة بعض ملاعب القرب وإحداث ملاعب أخرى بأحياء جماعة سيدي رحال، وكذلك الموافقة على رفع ملتمس إلى وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية واصلاح الادارة مديرية الاملاك المخزنية من أجل تسوية الوضعية العقارية لبعض الأملاك المستغلة كمرافق ادارية واجتماعية بجماعة سيدي رحال، إضافة إلى ملتمس من أجل إعادة بناء المستوصف الصحي بسيدي رحال.

وفي ذات السياق، صادق المجلس الجماعي لسيدي رحال على اقفال الحساب الخصوصي المتعلق بالمبادرة المحلية للتنمية البشرية (بطلب من السلطة الاقليمية)، وعلى ملحق تعديلي لكناش التحملات الخاص بإيجار مرفق السوق الأسبوعي.
