المجلس الحكومي يصادق على 31 مرسوم متعلق بتحسين دخل موظفات وموظفي الإدارات العمومية والجماعات الترابية

قدمت السيدة وزيرة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الادارة خلال مجلس الحكومة المنعقد أمس الخميس 4 يوليوز 2024، 31 مشروع مرسوم متعلق بتحسين الدخل لفائدة موظفات وموظفي الإدارات العمومية والجماعات الترابية
، والتي تم إعدادها تفعيلا لمضامين اتفاق 29 أبريل 2024 المتعلق بالحوار الاجتماعي المركزي الموقع بين الحكومة والمركزيات النقابية الأكثر
تمثيلية.

وتندرج مشاريع المراسيم المذكورة، في إطار أجرأة التدابير المتعلقة بتحسين الدخل بالقطاع العام، من خلال إقرار زيادة عامة في أجور موظفات وموظفي الإدارات العمومية والجماعات الترابية، وذلك بمبلغ شهري صاف محدد في 1000 درهم، يصرف على قسطين متساويين وفق الجدولة الزمنية التالية، القسط الأول زيادة 500 درهم صافية في الشهر، ابتداء من فاتح يوليوز 2024، والقسط الثاني زيادة 500 درهم صافية في الشهر، ابتداء من فاتح يوليوز 2025.

وقد تمت المصادقة على 27 مشروع مرسوم، فيما تم الإطلاع على 4 مشاريع مراسيم متعلقة بالقوات المساعدة والوقاية المدنية والقوات المسلحة الملكية ، في أفق استكمال مسطرة المصادقة عليها.
