المرابط يثمن جهود وزارة الانتقال الرقمي ويؤكد على أهمية تطوير الوظيفة العمومية والتحول الرقمي

أثنى المستشار البرلماني عن حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة الخمار المرابط على التوجهات الاستراتيجية التي أعلنتها وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة.

وشدد المرابط، في كلمة له باسم الفريق خلال مناقشة الميزانية الفرعية لوزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة برسم سنة 2025، على أهمية القطاع باعتباره ركيزة أساسية لتطوير الإدارة العمومية والتحول الرقمي، مما يسهم في تحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين وتعزيز تنافسية الاقتصاد الوطني.

كما أبرز المستشار البرلماني أهمية الاستراتيجية الوطنية للمغرب الرقمي 2030 في تقليص الفوارق المجالية، وخلق فرص عمل واعدة للشباب المغربي، وتحقيق إنتاجية عالية عبر تعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي.

ودعا إلى ضرورة تكوين وتأهيل الموارد البشرية لمواكبة التحول الرقمي، مع التأكيد على أهمية توفير بيئة عمل مشجعة للموظفين وتبسيط الإجراءات الإدارية، مشيرا إلى أن التكوين المستمر للموظفين يشكل حجر الزاوية لتجاوز تحديات التحول الرقمي وضمان نجاحه.

كما أشار إلى تعزيز الوعي بأهمية استعمال التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تسهيل المعاملات الإدارية وتوفير البنية التحتية اللازمة لذلك، مما يسهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية ويعزز ثقة المواطنين في الإدارة.

واختتم الفريق مداخلته بالتأكيد على ضرورة تبسيط المساطر الإدارية وتقليل البيروقراطية، مشيرا إلى أهمية الاعتماد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات كوسيلة لتحقيق الفعالية والشفافية في الإدارة العمومية.
