المرابط يدعو الحكومة لمراجعة آجال البت في ملفات المنعشين العقاريين من طرف مكتب المطارات

أكد النائب البرلماني محمد العربي المرابط أن بلادنا في حاجة إلى الاستثمارات في جميع المجالات، وتبسيط المساطر الإدارية في وجه المستثمرين.

وتأسف النائب البرلماني في مداخلة وجهها لوزير النقل واللوجستيك خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الاثنين 1 يوليوز 2024، على أن فئة المستثمرين العقاريين الراغبين في الاستثمار بمناطق أو تجزئات محادية للمطارات، والتي يتطلب الأمر بشأنها وجوبا رأي مكتب المطارات، يجدون أنفسهم مضطرين لانتظار رأي المكتب لمدة تفوق في بعض الأحيان ثلاث أشهر أو أكثر.

وهنا ذكر النائب المرابط على سبيل المثال، تأخر إدارة المطارات في الرد على طلبات المنعشين العقاريين والمواطنين الراغبين في تشييد مباني تدخل ضمن المجال الجوي لمطار تطوان. مشيرا الى أنه تم الاستبشار خيرا بتعيين السيد عادل الفقير من طرف جلالة الملك نصره الله على رأس المكتب الوطني للمطارات، متمنيا أن يكون لهذا التغيير الوقع الإيجابي على مراجعة آجال البت في ملفات المنعشين العقاريين من طرف مكتب المطارات.

وفي هذا الإطار اقترح النائب المرابط على الوزير تزويد الإدارة المعنية بمنصة رخص لإبداء الرأي، مواكبة للاستراتيجية الوطنية المعتمدة في مجال الرقمنة، مع نقل قاعدة البيانات من مدينة الرباط، حيث تتم معالجة كافة الطلبات، صوب مدينة تطوان، تنزيلا للامركزية، وذلك من أجل تقليص مدة إبداء الرأي من طرف المكتب.
كما اقترح النائب البرلماني تحديد المجال الجوي للمطار مع العلو المسموح به في تصميم تهيئة مدينة مرتيل وتطوان، مما يضمن جواب تلقائي وسريع من قبل أعضاء اللجنة المناط بها الترخيص للمشاريع بمنصة الرخص المقترح إحداثها.
