المغرب وفرنسا يوقعان على إعلان نوايا بشأن رعاية القاصرين

وقع المغرب وفرنسا، يوم الاثنين 07 دجنبر 2020 بالرباط، على إعلان نوايا في مجال العدل يتعلق برعاية القاصرين غير المصحوبين.

ويروم إعلان النوايا، الذي وقعه وزير العدل محمد بنعبد القادر ونظيره الفرنسي إريك ديبون موريتي، الذي يقوم بزيارة للمملكة، تعميم مخطط إجرائي يتضمن تفاصيل عملية تدبير وضعية القاصرين غير المصحوبين، وذلك بهدف تمكين قضاة الأحداث الفرنسيين من الحصول على المعلومات الأساسية لاتخاذ الإجراءات الأكثر ملاءمة لمصلحة الطفل.

كما يهدف هذا المخطط كذلك إلى الزيادة من سلاسة تبادل المعلومات، وسيساعد على وضع أدوات ملموسة قادرة على حل إشكالية مشتركة بين البلدين، خاصة أن حماية القاصرين تشكل أولوية لكل من المغرب وفرنسا.
