النائب بنعطية يسلط الضوء على إمكانية إعادة استحداث عمالة سلا الجديدة

وجه؛ النائب البرلماني محمد بنعطية سؤالا كتابيا للحكومة، عن الإجراءات المتخذة من أجل دراسة إمكانية استحداث عمالة سلا الجديدة.

وسلط بنعطية الضوء على إعادة النظر في إلغاء “عمالة سلا الجديدة” ودراسة إمكانية استحداثها من جديد، وذلك من باب الأمانة في إيصال مطالب المواطنات والمواطنين إلى الجهات المسؤولة، خاصة وأن مسألة تقسيم العمالات والأقاليم تحظى باهتمام بالغ لدى المواطنين وكافة الفاعلين، لما لها من أثر مباشر في تأطير الساكنة وخلق محاور منسجمة إداريا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا تضمن خدمة أفضل لمصالح الساكنة وتنسيق أمثل للجهود التنموية. 

وأضاف بنعطية؛ أنه بالنظر إلى استيفاء هذه الجماعة الترابية الهامة (عمالة سلا الجديدة)، والتي تقع في جهة محورية من جهات المملكة، لكافة المعايير المعتمدة، ولا سيما المعايير الديمغرافية (حوالي 800.000 نسمة) والعمرانية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، فقد تشكل ما يمكن وصفه بإجماع لدى الساكنة وكافة الفاعلين المحليين في مختلف المجالات، على أن قرار إلغاء “عمالة سلا الجديدة” كان له بالغ الآثار السلبية على مصالحهم، وكان بمثابة تراجع عن مكسب مستحق لا يزال يشكل خيبة أمل لدى معظمهم.
