النائب حماني يسائل رئيس الحكومة حول حرمان جمعيات نشيطة من حصصها في المشاريع المخصصة لمحو الأمية بإقليم العرائش

شكّل؛ حرمان بعض الجمعيات النشيطة من حصصها في المشاريع المخصصة لمحو الأمية بإقليم العرائش؛ محور السؤال الكتابي؛ الموجه من طرف عضو الفريق النيابي للأصالة والمعاصرة محمد حماني؛ إلى رئيس الحكومة.

وأبرز حماني؛ أن بعض الجمعيات المُشار إليها تعيش على وقع إقصائها وحرمانها من حصتها في المشاريع المخصصة لمحو الأمية رغم مراكمتها لعدة تجارب في هذا المجال.

هذا الإقصاء؛ يتجلى حسب مضمون المراسلة الكتابية للنائب حماني؛ من خلال:

1- النتائج التي أسفر عنها اختيار مشاريع محو الأمية وما بعد الأمية برسم الموسم القرائي 2022-2023؛

2- عدم توصل منتدى جمعيات المجتمع المدني بإقليم العرائش بباقي مستحقات اتفاقية الشراكة رقم 318 المتعلقة بالموسم القرائي 2016/2017، والتي تجاوزت مدة خمس سنوات من الانتظار.

وبهذا الخصوص؛ ساءل حماني رئيس الحكومة بصفته رئيسا للمجلس الإداري للوكالة الوطنية لمحو الأمية؛ عن أسباب حرمان مجموعة من الجمعيات النشيطة من المشاريع المخصصة لمحو الأمية بإقليم العرائش؟
