Member of Parliament Hamid Wahbi submitted a written question to the Minister of Transport and Logistics regarding the deterioration of services provided to customers by Royal Air Maroc.
The member of parliament confirmed that many Royal Air Maroc customers have begun to complain about the poor quality of services provided on board the aircraft and at Al Massira Airport in Agadir, where citizens, after booking flights with Royal Air Maroc to and from the airport, are surprised to find themselves forced to board aircraft chartered from other companies, with substandard services that do not meet the level of service specified on their tickets.
Wahbi also conveyed to the minister customers’ complaints about lost luggage and personal belongings while traveling on these foreign aircraft chartered by the company.
The member of parliament noted that the poor quality of these services, combined with the failure to provide the services included in first-class tickets, is causing discontent and dissatisfaction among passengers on the airline’s flights.
Representative Wahbi emphasized that this seriously undermines the efforts being made to turn the city of Agadir into a tourist and investment destination, or even its alignment with the Kingdom’s vision for organizing the 2030 World Cup in our country.
In this regard, Wahbi asked the minister what urgent measures would be taken to improve the services provided to customers by Royal Air Maroc at Al Massira Airport in Agadir.
