النائب عبد اللطيف الزعيم يشير إلى تراجع حصة الطلبة الممنوحين بإقليم الرحامنة

وجَّه؛ النائب البرلماني عبد اللطيف الزعيم، سؤالا كتابيا للحكومة؛ محوره الإجراءات والتدابير المتخذة بخصوص تراجع حصة الطلبة الممنوحين بإقليم الرحامنة.

وأوضح المتحدث أن المنح الجامعية تشكل حافزا كبيرا يضمن لعموم الطلبة القدرة على التحصيل العلمي في ظروف مناسبة، وتعد كذلك عاملا مهما في محاربة الهدر الجامعي الذي تعاني منه الجامعات خاصة ذات الاستقطاب المفتوح، كما أنها تسهم في الحد من الإكراهات المادية التي يعاني منها طلبة المناطق المهمشة وأبناء الأسر المعوزة والمتوسطة في عدد من أقاليم المملكة كما هو الشأن بالنسبة لإقليم الرحامنة، والذي تعاني فيه مجموعة من المناطق من الهشاشة والفقر. 

وأضاف الزعيم أنه وأمام التحولات الاجتماعية التي تعرفها بلادنا جراء تداعيات الظروف الصعبة التي تعرفها بلادنا، تفاجأت الأسر الرحامنية بحرمان أبنائها من الاستفادة من المنح الجامعية، حيث تقلصت نسبة الاستفادة من 95 في المائة خلال الموسم الجامعي المنصرم إلى 60 في المائة في الموسم الحالي، مبرزا أهمية وحاجة الطلبة للمنحة الجامعية لاستكمال دراستهم وحمايتهم من الهدر الجامعي.
