الهمس يدعو الحكومة إلى خلق ميثاق اجتماعي موحد بمشاركة الأبناك والنقابات والأحزاب لتجاوز الأزمة الاقتصادية

ثمن كريم الهمس، رئيس فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، كافة التدابير والإجراءات المتخذة لمواكبة الفاعلين الاقتصاديين ببلادنا وذلك تفعيلا للتوجيهات الملكية السامية، داعيا الحكومة إلى خلق ميثاق اجتماعي موحد تشارك فيه الأبناك والنقابات والفاعلين الاقتصاديين والأحزاب السياسية، من أجل التعامل بذكاء مع الأزمة الاقتصادية التي ستخلفها جائحة “كورونا” وتجاوزها مستقبلا.

ودعا الهمس، خلال جلسة الاسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة اليوم الثلاثاء 5 ماي 2020 بمجلس المستشارين، وزير الشغل والإدماج المهني، باعتباره عضو في اللجنة الاقتصادية، إلى احتضان المقاولات المغربية التي باتت تفتقد الرؤية بشأن مصيرها في ظل حالة الطوارئ الصحية، من أجل إعادة الروح لهذه المقاولات التي تشغل عددا كبيرا من اليد العاملة المغربية، مطالبا بفتح حوار حدي ومسؤول مع الأبناك لحثها على الانخراط الفعلي في المجهودات الوطنية الوطنية المبذولة للحد من آثار جائحة “كورونا” على الاقتصاد الوطني، وذلك عبر عقد لقاءات مع المسؤولين تكون مفتوحة على الرأي العام والفاعل الاقتصادي عن طريق تقنية المباشر ليتمكن الجميع من متابعة النقاش.

وأكد كريم الهمس أن هناك ما يقارب 2 مليون و400 ألف عاطل عن العمل الآن غير مسجلين في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي ولا يتوفرون على بطاقة راميد، داعيا الوزارة إلى تشكيل لجان جهوية بالتنسيق مع السلطات المحلية والغرف على مستوى الجهات، من أجل الإطلاع على إحصاءات المهنيين المتوقفين عن العمل والبحث عن سبل مساعدتهم لمواجهة تداعيات هذه الأزمة على وضعيتهم الاجتماعية.
