الودادية الحسنية للقضاة تكشف عن تصورها لمستقبل العدالة في ظل النموذج التنموي الجديد

طالبت الودادية الحسنية للقضاة، يوم الجمعة 16 أكتوبر 2020، بدعم استقلالية القضاة من خلال تحصينهم ماديا واجتماعيا، وتحسين ظروف اشتغالهم والانكباب بجدية من أجل إنجاح ورش تحديث المحاكم، وذلك ضمن تصوراتها بخصوص مستقبل العدالة في إطار النموذج التنموي الجديد.

وأضافت الودادية الحسنية في بلاغها، أنها قدمت خلال اللقاء المنعقد عن بعد بدعوة رسمية من اللجنة الخاصة بالنموذج التنموي الجديد، بحضور شكيب بنموسى رئيس اللجنة، وعدد من أعضائها ومشاركة ممثلي الجمعيات المهنية القضائية، (قدمت) تصوراتها واقتراحاتها بخصوص مستقبل العدالة والتحديات التنموية المرتبطة بها.

كما أشار البلاغ إلى أن وجهة نظر الودادية تمحورت بالخصوص حول الثلاثة محاور، تهم الاستقلال والتكوين ودور الجمعيات المهنية وحرية التعبير، إذ أوصت الودادية الحسنية بضرورة دعم استقلالية القضاة من خلال تحصينهم ماديا واجتماعيا وتحسين ظروف اشتغالهم وتوفير كافة الامكانات اللازمة التي تليق بمكانة ودور القضاة في التنمية، وضرورة مواجهة الجميع لكل محاولات التأثير والتشويش على عمل القضاة أو المس باستقلاليتهم.

إلى ذلك، خلص الاجتماع بالاتفاق على تقديم الودادية الحسنية للقضاة للجنة مذكرة تفصيلية موضوعاتية بخصوص المحاور، التي تمت مناقشتها تعبر عن وجهة نظر القضاة وتطلعاتهم.
