الوزير محمد المهدي بنسعيد يقدم أمام المجلس الحكومي مشروع المرسوم المتعلق بالمكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلف

عقد المجلس الحكومي، أمس الخميس 27 أبريل 2023، اجتماعا برئاسة السيد عزيز أخنوش، رئيس الحكومة، خصص للتداول والمصادقة على عدد من مشاريع النصوص القانونية.

وصادق المجلس خلال أشغاله على مشروع المرسوم رقم 2.23.112 بتطبيق القانون رقم 25.19 المتعلق بالمكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة، قدمه وزير الشباب والثقافة والتواصل السيد محمد المهدي بنسعيد.

ويهدف هذا المشروع إلى تطبيق أحكام القانون رقم 25.19 المتعلق بالمكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة، ولاسيما المواد 8 و15 و35 منه.

ويتضمن المشروع مقتضيات تحدد عدد أعضاء مجلس إدارة المكتب المغربي لحقوق المؤلف والحقوق المجاورة وكيفيات تعيينهم، وكيفيات تعيين أعضاء مجلس التوجيه والتتبع، مع تحديد قائمة المصنفات المنصوص عليها في المادة 35 من القانون السالف الذكر رقم 25.19، والممثلة في كل من أصناف الموسيقى، والدراما، والأدب، وفنون الرسم والتشكيل، وفن الأداء، والإنتاج؛ مع تحديد المقصود بالإدارة في مدلول المواد 2 و 4 و 35 من القانون المذكور في السلطة الحكومية المكلفة بالتواصل.
