الوزيرة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري تترأس اجتماعا لتقييم برنامج التنمية والتأهيل الحضري لمدينتي تمارة والهرهورة

ترأست، وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة، فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري؛ يوم الأربعاء 08 دجنبر 2021 بمقر ولاية جهة الرباط سلا القنيطرة، اجتماعا للجنة المركزية للتتبع والتقييم الخاصة بكل من ببرنامج التنمية والتأهيل الحضري لمدينة تمارة 2016-2023، وبرنامج التنمية والتأهيل الحضري لمدينة الهرهورة 2020-2024.

وخصص هذا الاجتماع، حسب بلاغ صادر عن الوزارة، لدراسة مستوى تقدم إنجاز البرنامجين المذكورين، والوقوف على مدى تنفيذ الالتزامات المتعاقد بشأنها في إطار الاتفاقيات الموقعة في هذا الإطار.

ويتوخى البرنامجان الحيويان التأهيل الحضري والعمراني للمدينتين وتحسين ظروف عيش الساكنة وجودة الحياة بهما، وذلك من خلال التأهيل الحضري للأحياء ناقصة التجهيز وغير المهيكلة، وتأهيل وهيئة الشوارع والطرق الرئيسية، وكذا تهيئة الساحات العمومية والساحات الخضراء، بالإضافة إلى إحداث مرافق سوسيو-اقتصادية اجتماعية وثقافية ورياضية.

وتبلغ الكلفة الإجمالية المقررة لتنفيذ هذين البرنامجين، حسب البلاغ ذاته، ما مجموعه 432 مليون درهم، تساهم فيهما الوزارة بما يناهز 368 مليون درهم.

وشكل هذا الاجتماع مناسبة لعرض الوضعية العامة لسير برامج السكن غير اللائق، التدخل بالسكن المهدد بالانهيار، وكذا برنامج مدن بدون صفيح على مستوى جهة الرباط سلا القنيطرة خصوصا ما يتعلق ببرنامج إعادة الإسكان المعتمد بعمالة الصخيرات-تمارة باعتباره برنامجا نموذجيا.
