الوزيرة ليلى بنعلي تبسط الإجراءات المهمة التي تضمنها مشروع القانون المتعلق بالإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية المصوت عليه من طرف لجنة البنيات الأساسية

صوت أعضاء لجنة البنيات الأساسية والطاقة والمعادن والبيئة بمجلس النواب، خلال الاجتماع المنعقد يومه الاثنين 12 دجنبر الجاري، بحضور وزيرة الانتقال الطاقي والتنمية المستدامة، السيدة ليلى بنعلي، بـ”الإجماع” على مشروع قانون رقم 82.21 يتعلق بالإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية.

وأكدت الوزيرة في تصريح لـ”بام.ما”؛ أن مشروع القانون المتعلق بالإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية مهم جدا وتاريخي، وتمت فيه ملائمة مشاريع القوانين الخاصة بالطاقة الكهربائية لتمكين الفاعلين الخواص والفاعلين الصناعيين من إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية.

وأبرزت الوزيرة أن هذا الإنجاز الغرض منه هو تشريع الطاقات المتجددة الخالية من الكاربون، بالإضافة الى تخفيض الفاتورة الكهربائية للمواطن والفاتورة الكهربائية للبلاد.

وأفادت الوزيرة بأن مشروع القانون المتعلق بالإنتاج الذاتي للطاقة الكهربائية، تضمن نقطتين مهمتين، الأولى: تهم إضافة تعديل على خدمات التخزين للطاقة الكهربائية، والثانية، تخص إعطاء الرخصة للمنتج الذاتي ليستطيع إرجاع أكثر من 20 في المائة الطاقة التي ينتجها للشبكة.
