امل يستفسر عن التدابير المعتمدة لتجسيد انخراط قطاع العدل في التنظيم الجهوي الجديد‬

استفسر المستشار البرلماني مولاي عبد الرحيم الكامل عن فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين، يوم الثلاثاء 11 يونيو الجاري في جلسة الأسئلة الشفاهية، الحكومة عن التدابير المعتمدة لتجسيد انخراط قطاع العدل في التنظيم الجهوي الجديد.

وطرح المستشار البرلماني الكامل موضوع انخرط النظام القضائي بالمغرب في ورش الجهوية المتقدمة، حيث يلاحظ أن ساكنة الأقاليم الجنوبية الثلاث لازالوا يلجؤون إلى المحاكم الإدارية والتجارية بمدن أكادير ومراكش من أجل التقاضي، الشيء الذي ينتج عنه تراكم وتعطيل القضايا التي تعاني بدورها من فقدان جودة الأحكام ونجاعتها.

وختم المستشار البرلماني عن الأصالة والمعاصرة مداخلته بالتشديد على الحكومة بإحداث غرف تجارية وإدارية لتقريب المتقاضين من القضاء عملا بمبدأ تقريب الإدارة من المواطن، منبها إلى خطورة الإسراع في البث في قضايا الطلاق عكس القضايا الأخرى لما يلحق الأبناء من ضرر ناتج عن غياب مجلس العائلة.
