برئاسة رحال الجديد … لجنة الشؤون القانونية والتنظيمية تعقد اجتماعا خصص لتعميق النقاش والتداول في مشروع القانون الأساسي

عقدت، لجنة الشؤون القانونية والتنظيمية، المنبثقة عن اللجنة التحضيرية للمؤتمر الوطني الخامس، يومه الأربعاء 22 نونبر 2023 بالمقر المركزي للحزب بالرباط، اجتماعا من أجل التداول في مشروع مسودة القانون الأساسي للحزب.

وعرف هذا الاجتماع، الذي ترأسه رحال الجديد رئيس لجنة الشؤون القانونية والتنظيمية، تعميق النقاش والتداول في مضامين مسودة مشروع القانون الأساسي، بهدف تجويده وصياغة مضامينه وأحكامه، وملاءمتها مع قانون الأحزاب والمقتضيات الدستورية.

كما ركز أعضاء اللجنة على تجويد وإغناء مسودة مشروع القانون الأساسي للحزب التي تم إعدادها، بمقترحات وتعديلات قانونية الهدف منها تدقيق صياغة المشروع وتجويد مضامين قابلة للتنفيذ.

كما إلتزم أعضاء لجنة الشؤون القانونية والتنظيمية بالأخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع التعديلات والملاحظات، وذلك من أجل تنشيط الحياة التنظيمية والسياسية للحزب وتوفير كافة الشروط الكفيلة بإنجاح محطة المؤتمر الوطني الخامس لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة.
