برئاسة رضوان النجمي.. مجلس جماعة الفنيدق يعتمد ميزانية بقيمة تفوق 100 مليون درهم برسم سنة 2024

صادقَ؛ مجلس جماعة الفنيدق بالأغلبية، خلال الجلسة الثانية من الدورة العادية لشهر أكتوبر المنعقدة أمس الخميس 19 أكتوبر الجاري، برئاسة السيد رضوان نجمي، على ميزانية السنة المالية 2024 والبالغة أكثر من 100 مليون درهم.

وحسب وثيقة رسمية، فقد عرفت الميزانية نموا بنسبة 3,5 في المائة مقارنة مع ميزانية 2023، بفضل المجهودات المبذولة من أجل تنمية الموارد المالية للجماعة لمواجهة بعض الإكراهات المتعلقة بسداد متأخرات شركات التدبير المفوض.

وذكر المصدر نفسه بأن الجماعة حققت خلال السنة الجارية فائضا تقديريا يناهز 12 مليون درهم، سيخصص لسداد أصل القرض الممنوح من صندوق الجماعي، ولإنجاز بعض الأشغال الكبرى للطرق، وصيانة المقابر الجماعية.

وضمن أشغال الجلسة الثانية لدورة أكتوبر؛ تم تقديم عرض للمديرية الإقليمية لوزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة حول الدخول المدرسي خلال موسم 2023- 2024 والذي “جرى في أجواء إيجابية ومريحة”، بالنظر إلى تحسن المؤشرات من قبيل تراجع معدل الاكتظاظ وزيادة نسبة نجاح التلاميذ خلال المستويات الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية.

وتمت بالمناسبة مناقشة سبل تعزيز التعاون ما بين المجلس الجماعي للفنيدق والمديرية الإقليمية للتربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة عبر إبرام اتفاقيات جديدة لدعم وتسيير مجموعة من المرافق التربوية والرياضية، وتوسعة نطاق الدعم المدرسي.

كما تميز الاجتماع بمناقشة وضعية السير والجولان بمدينة الفنيدق وأهمية معالجة بعض النقط السوداء التي تعاني من الاكتظاظ، وبحث سبل تحسين الجولان داخل المدينة.
