بعد تعثر العديد من المقاولات.. اللجنة ثلاثية التركيب المكلفة بمقاولات التشغيل المؤقت تعقد اجتماعا لها

تعقد اللجنة ثلاثية التركيب المكلفة بمقاولات التشغيل المؤقت، غدا الأربعاء 24 مارس الجاري بالرباط ، اجتماعها الثامن، وذلك طبقا لأحكام مدونة الشغل، وفي إطار تنفيذ برامج عمل وزارة الشغل والإدماج المهني برسم سنة 2020.

وتعد هذه اللجنة فضاء للحوار الاجتماعي الموضوعاتي، حيث تعمل على تكريس ثقافة التشاور وتشجيع الحوار الثلاثي بين أطراف الإنتاج، من خلال تفعيل الهيئات الاستشارية ثلاثية التركيب المحدثة بموجب مدونة الشغل
ويعهد إلى اللجنة ، وفق (بلاغ) لوزارة الشغل والإدماج المهني ، بتتبع التطبيق السليم للمقتضيات المتعلقة بمقاولات التشغيل المؤقت، إذ تقوم بدراسة السبل لتجاوز الإشكاليات التي تهم المقتضيات ذات الصلة بهذه المقاولات.

وفي أفق التحضير وتوفير الشروط الجيدة لانعقاد الاجتماع، تم عقد اجتماعين عن بعد يومي 26 نونبر و19 دجنبر الماضيين، ضما ممثلي الأطراف الثلاثة باللجنة المصغرة المنبثقة عن هذه اللجنة. وقد توج الاجتماع الأخير باعتماد مشروع جدول أعمال الاجتماع الثامن الذي سيتمحور حول تقديم تقرير عن عمل اللجنة المصغرة بشأن تنفيذ التوصيات الصادرة عن الدورة السابعة للجنة، وتقديم عرض حول الكفالة في معايير العمل الدولية والقانون المقارن.
كما يتضمن جدول أعمال الاجتماع تقديم عرض حول النظام المعلوماتي الخاص بتتبع نشاط وكالات التشغيل الخصوصية، وتقديم عروض من طرف وزارة الشغل والإدماج المهني والاتحاد العام لمقاولات المغرب والمنظمات النقابية الأكثر تمثيلا حول مقاولات التشغيل المؤقت بين رهان إنعاش التشغيل وتكريس العمل اللائق.
