بغداد…وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي يجري مباحثات مع نظيرته الليبية

على هامش اجتماعات المكتب التنفيذي لمجلس وزراء العدل العرب بدورته الـ39 المنعقدة في العاصمة العراقية بغداد، عقد وزير العدل السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي، يوم الأحد 15 أكتوبر 2023، لقاءً مع وزيرة العدل الليبية السيدة حليمة إبراهيم عبد الرحمن.

اللقاء كان مناسبة للتباحث حول العديد من القضايا المشتركة والهامة بين البلدين خاصة في مجال العدالة، وبحث سبل تعزيز علاقات التعاون لترقى إلى مستويات أفضل.

وشكل اللقاء مناسبة قدم خلالها السيد وهبي، نبذة عن التجربة المغربية في مجال العدالة والأشواط التي قطعها مسلسل إصلاح منظومة العدالة، وكذلك مشاريع الإصلاحات التي تم الانخراط فيها وخاصة في مجال التكوين الدائم للاطر وللمهن القانونية وتبادل الخبرات، وكذلك تبادل التكوين والتجارب القانونية.

وأكد الطرفان على ضرورة تعميق التعاون في مجال العدالة والقوانين فضلاً عن قطاع الرقمنة، وذلك من خلال تبادل التجارب في مجال اعتماد التطبيقات المعلوماتية الخاصة بمرفق العدالة.

إلى ذلك، تستضيف بغداد الدورة 39 لمجلس وزراء العدل العرب، وسيلقي وزير العدل عبد اللطيف وهبي الذي كان يرأس الدورة الـ38 الكلمة الافتتاحية في الاجتماع الذي سينطلق يوم غد الاثنين 16 أكتوبر 2023.
