بهذه الأسئلة يواجه فريق “البام” بمجلس المستشارين الحكومة خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية

يستعد فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس المستشارين لمسائلة الحكومة حول مجموعة من المواضيع، وذلك خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفهية الأسبوعية التي يعقدها المجلس يوم الثلاثاء 4 فبراير 2020.

ويتضمن جدول أسئلة فريق “البام” سؤالين موجهين إلى وزير السياحة والنقل الجوي والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي، يتمحور الأول حول دور النقل الجوي في تنمية السياحة بالجهات، وذلك بالنظر لأهميته في تطوير القطاع السياحي على المستوى الوطني والجهوي، فيما يتعلق السؤال الثاني بالتدابير المتخذة لمواجهة الصعوبات التي يعاني منها الصناع التقليديون في مجال الإنتاج والتسويق.

كما يسائل الفريق وزير العدل حول الإجراءات والتدابير المتخذة للتقيد بالثمن المرجعي للعقار في حالة الاعتداء المادي أو نزع الملكية، حيث يتجاهل القاضي في حالة عدم الاتفاق بين الإدارة أو الجماعات الترابية مع الأشخاص المعنيين الثمن المرجعي للعقار ويعتمد عوضا عنه تقرير الخبرة، الذي يقر أثمنة خيالية.

كما يوجه الفريق سؤالا آخر إلى وزير الطاقة والمعادن حول التدابير المتخذة للتأقلم مع التغيرات المناخية والإجراءات التي تقوم بها الوزارة لحماية المواطنين من تبعات هذه الظاهرة، خصوصا وأن العالم يشهد تغيرات جذرية في مجال المناخ أثرت بشكل سلبي على للعديد من البلدان.
