بودرا: أؤكد استعدادي الكامل لتحمل مسؤولية رئاسة منظمة المدن والحكومات المحلية المتحدة CGLU-MONDE

قــــــــــــال، رئيس المجلس الجماعي للحسيمة ورئيس الجمعية المغربية لرؤساء مجالس الجماعات الدكتور محمد بودرا، إن رؤيته في إطار ترشحه كممثل عن القارة الإفريقية لرئاسة منظمة المدن والحكومات المحلية المتحدة العالمية CGLU-MONDE، (الرؤية) عالميــــــــة ولكن بسيطة في نفس الآن، حيث المجال الترابي مصدر لإنتاج الثروة وصناعة الأهداف وكذا مهندسي المستقبل.

وأضاف بودرا في سياق متصل: “نحن مستعدون لهذا التحدي لرئاسة منظمة المدن والحكومات المحلية المتحدة العالمية CGLU-MONDE، ومقتنعون بالمقابل على أننا، وبمساعدة الأطراف المعنية، سنحمل لـــــواء هذه المنظمة إلى آفاق جديدة”.

وسيدخل بودرا غمار المنافســـــة الفعلية لمنصب رئاسة المنظمة المشار إليها، خلال الانتخابات التي ستدور أطوراها بمدينة “دوربان” بجنوب إفريقيا، خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين 11 و15 نونبر 2019. وينافسه في هذا السباق المتميز على مستوى تدبير المجال الترابي دوليا عمدة مدينة كازان الروسية السيد “إلسور ميتشين”.

وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن انتخاب بودرا (الرئيس الأسبق لجهة تازة الحسيمة تاونات ورئيس المجلس الجماعي للحسيمة لولايتين منفصلتين)، كمرشح لإفريقيا لرئاسة منظمة المدن والحكومات المحلية المتحدة، جرى أواخر يوليوز الماضي خلال الاجتماع الاستثنائي للجنة التنفيذية لمنظمة المدن والحكومات المحلية المتحدة الإفريقية، المنعقد بليبروفيل عاصمة الغابون. وتمكن بودرا حينها من الحصول على 10 أصوات مقابل صوت واحد لمنافسه من جنوب إفريقيا.
