بوكطاية يترافع على ملفات تخص حفر الآبار بإقليم آسفي

عقد مجلس الحوض المائي لأم الربيع بمدينة بني ملال، بحضور نائب رئيس المجلس رشيد بوكطاية، دورته العادية؛ لمناقشة موضوع حكامة الموارد المائية في حوض أم الربيع رهان الأمن المائي وضمان الأمن الغدائي.

وحضر هذه الدورة كذلك مدير وكالة الحوض المائي، وعميد كلية السلطان مولاي سليمان، ووالي جهة بني ملال- خنيفرة.

وتميزت الدورة بمداخلة وجهها بوكطاية لمدير وكالة حوض أم الربيع متسائلا عن مآل ملفات كثيرة تخص حفر الآبار بإقليم آسفي عالقة في وكالة أكادير الجديدة.

وبعد نقاش مستفيض، تمت الإشارة إلى جميع الآبار التي تستوفي الشروط المطلوبة لحيز الوجود منها 21 ملف يخص جماعة مول البركي.

وتميزت الدورة العادية لمجلس الحوض المائي لأم الربيع؛ بالدعوة إلى ضمان تدبير مستدام وناجع للموارد المائية على مستوى منطقة عمل الوكالة، عملا بالتوجيهات الملكية السامية ذات الصلة بتدبير الموارد المائية وعقلنتها، مبرزين ضرورة العمل على تحقيق التوازن بين العرض والطلب على الماء، من أجل حسن استغلال هذه الموارد على نحو معقلن ومستدام، وذلك في إطار مقاربة مندمجة وشمولية قوامها التشاور والتشارك.
