تقنيو قطاع الصحة يهددون بخطوات احتجاجية تصعيدية ضد الوزارة

عبرت تنسيقية تقنيي وزارة الصحة، عن غصبها ما وصفته “تماطلا” لوزارة الصحة، في تنفيذ اتفاقها حول حل ملف الترقية بالشواهد لحاملي الشواهد، خاصة بعد الوعود المتكررة بإمكانية حل هذا الملف واعلان عن مباريات مهنية لإدماج مثلما يحصل بقطاع العدل.

ودعت التنسيقية في( بيان) لها الوزارة، إلى التسوية العاجلة والشاملة وتسريع إصدار مرسوم تعديلي وفق ما جرى به العمل من قبل، ويشمل ترقية حاملي الشواهد وسط كافة الفئات العاملة بقطاع الصحة”.

وحملت التنسيقية، الجهات المسؤولة المعنية ( وزارة الصحة) تبعات هذا التماطل في تنفيذ الاتفاق واستمرار في التعنت وتضييع الكفاءات داخل قطاع حيوي يحتاج الكثير على حد تعبيرها، معتبرة أن التنصل من اتفاق قاضي بتسوية عاجلة لهذا الملف يزيد من تعميق هوة الثقة بين مسؤولي الوزارة وعموم شغيلة صحية بكل فئاتها.
كما طلبت التنسقية، حاملي الشواهد المعنيين والمعنيات الى الاستعداد لخوض كافة الاحتجاجات الممركزة بالرباط بوزارة الصحة والتي سيعلن عنها لاحقا “حسب البيان”.
