توضيح من وزارة العدل بشأن شريط فيديو متداول عبر تطبيق التواصل Whatsapp

على إثر تداول شريط فيديو عبر تطبيق التواصل WhatsApp، تظهر من خلاله شاشة حاسوب عليها مذكرة منسوبة لوزارة العدل معنونة بمذكرة سرية خاصة غير قابلة للطباعة أو النسخ موجهة – حسب من قام بفبركتها- من السيد وزير العدل إلى أعضاء لجنة امتحان الأهلية لمزاولة مهنة المحاماة، حول كيفية تصحيح الاختبارات الكتابية وإجراء الاختبارات الشفوية؛

أصدرت وزارة العدل اليوم الإثنين 31 يوليوز الجاري؛ بلاغا تنهي فيه إلى الرأي العام الوطني، أن المضامين الواردة بالمذكرة سالفة الذكر غير صادرة جملة وتفصيلا عن الوزارة، لكون مُعدَّها قد قام باستغلال الهوية البصرية للوزارة، وفبركة وقائع وهمية وتذييلها بختم وتوقيع مزور منسوب للسيد وزير العدل؛ وقام بنشرها عبر تطبيقات التواصل والتراسل بنية المس بمصداقية المؤسسات والتشكيك في الجو العام الإيجابي الذي مر فيه امتحان الأهلية.

وعليه، فإن وزارة العدل قد قامت بتقديم شكاية رسمية في الموضوع، إلى السيد الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض رئيس النيابة العامة من أجل إعطاء تعليماته لإجراء بحث جنائي في الموضوع، وترتيب الآثار القانونية في ضوء ما سيسفر عنه في حق المتورطين في هذه الأفعال.
