جلول يشارك في الجمع العام السنوي للجمعية المغربية لرؤساء مجالس العمالات والأقاليم 

يشارك رئيس المجلس المجلس الإقليمي لبركان، محمد جلول، في أشغال الجمع العام السنوي 2024 للجمعية المغربية لرؤساء مجالس العمالات والأقاليم المنظمة خلال الفترة الممتدة بين 09 و11 من شهر ماي الجاري.

وعرف اليوم الأول مشاركة متميزة لرئيس المجلس الإقليمي لبركان خلال اليوم الدراسي، الذي نظمته الجمعية حول موضوع “مجالس العمالات والاقاليم وتحديات التحول الرقمي”.

ويأتي تنظيم هذا اليوم الدراسي رغبة من الجمعية الوطنية لرؤساء مجالس العمالات والاقاليم في مواكبة المجهودات المبذولة من قبل مختلف المتدخلين، بغية الإسهام في طرح الإشكاليات والتحديات التي تعيشها مجالس العمالات والاقاليم في مجال التحول الرقمي عبر تنظيم اليوم الدراسي، الذي يرمي إلى فتح نقاش جماعي بين مختلف الفاعلين المعنيين، لما يكتسيه محور اليوم الدراسي من أهمية بالغة في تسهيل العمل الإداري وتنزيل سياسة القرب، وتعزيز التفاعل والتواصل بين المؤسسات العمومية والمواطنين.

وتم خلال هذا اليوم الدراسي أخذ مدينة بركان نموذجا يحتذى به في مجال التحول الرقمي، بفضل استخدام مؤسساتها تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بشكل مبتكر، تسعى من خلالها إلى تذليل التحديات الديموغرافية البيئية والاقتصادية بفضل حكامة ذكية بالمجال الترابي، بغية ترشيد استعمال الموارد وتحسين الخدمات العمومية المقدمة للمواطنين.
