جماعة ازغيرة: العربي المحرشي يستعرض أهم مضامين برنامج التنمية الإقليمي لوزان 2018-2020

تواصلت الزيارات الميدانية التي يقوم بها رئيس المجلس الإقليمي لوزان السيد العربي المحرشي للجماعات الترابية التابعة للإقليم، من باب الإطلاع عن كثب على مختلف حاجيات الساكنة وكذا مراقبة وتيرة إنجاز المشاريع المبرمجـــة من طرف المجلس الإقليمي.

وبهذا الصدد، عقد المحرشي، بمقر الجماعة الترابية ازغيرة، بحضور رئيس مجلس الجماعة السيد عبد العزيز دحمون وباقي أعضاء المجلس، والمدير الإقليمي للمكتب الوطني للكهرباء والماء الصالح للشرب قطاع الماء-، والسيد عبد الرحمان الكوشي رئيس مجموعة الجماعات الترابية “الوحدة” ورؤساء الجماعات المجاورة، وعدد من المسؤولين ، (عقد) اجتماعــــــــــــــا، استعرض فيه الخطوط العامــــة لبرنامج التنمية الإقليمي لوزان والاعتمادات المرصودة لتنفيذه، واستحضر المشاريع المنجزة سنة 2017 والمتمثلة في: تأهيل المركز من خلال بناء سور وقائي لإعدادية ازغيرة بتكلفة تقدر ب 1,60 مليون درهم، وإصلاح وفتح المسالك القروية من خلال تهيئة الطريق الرابطة بين “باب الغماري” و”عين بوعسة” بتكلفة تقدر ب 0,8 مليون درهم.

إلى ذلك، تطرق المحرشي إلى المشاريع المدرجة في إطار برنامج التنمية الإقليمي 2018/2020، والتي تهم تقوية المسالك بالإسمنت المسلح: مسلك جامع الواد، مسلك أدرو، مسلك فدان عبد الله بمبلغ يقدر ب 0,46 مليون درهم، وتزويد 6 دواوير بالماء الصالح للشرب بمبلغ يقدر ب 2 مليون درهم. إضافة إلى تهيئة المسالك بمبلغ يقدر ب 2,50 مليون درهم وتوسيع شبكة الكهرباء بمبلغ يقدر ب 1,10 مليون درهم.

كما يشمل ذات البرنامج بناء منشآت فنية بمبلغ يقدر ب 2 مليون درهم، وتزويد مختلف الجماعات بالماء الصالح للشرب بمبلغ يقدر ب 10 مليون درهم. وكذا حفر أثقاب مائية بمختلف جماعات الإقليم بمبلغ يقدر ب 6 مليون درهم.

وأكد المجتمعون في الأخير، على استعجالية إنجاز الدراسة المتعلقة بتزويد دواوير الجماعة بالماء الصالح للشرب حيث قدم المدير الإقليمي للمكتب الوطني للماء الصالح للشرب التزاما بإعداد الدراسة المتعلقة بهذا المشروع التنموي خلال 10 أيام. كما تم بنفس المناسبة تدارس إمكانية عقد اتفاقية شراكة مع الحوض المائي سبو من أجل تجهيز الثقب المائية المتوفرة بالجماعة وكذا وضع خريطة مائية للجماعة بخصوص حفر أثقاب مائية بالجماعة. إضافة إلى التنسيق بين كل مكونات الجماعة والاتفاق على المسالك المقترحة من طرف الجماعة لتنزيلها في أقرب الآجال، وأخيرا تحديد القناطر المزمع بناؤها وفق دراسة مضبوطة.
