جماعة تارودانت…تنظيم أولى الورشات التكوينية حول مفهوم التشاور العمومي والديمقراطية  التشاركية

بشراكة مع جماعة تارودانت التي يرأس مجلسها السيد عبد اللطيف وهبي، تم يوم الأحد 20 مارس الجاري؛ تنظيم أولى الورشات التكوينية حول مفهوم التشاور العمومي والديمقراطية التشاركية لفائدة أعضاء الفضاء التشاوري الجماعة.

ويولي الفضاء التشاوري في إطار مشروع مختبر المواطنة منصات جديدة؛ أهمية كبيرة لتعزيز المشاركة المدنية – السياسية للشباب والنساء والأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة”، وذلك بشراكة مع جمعيتي تمدولت ومنتدى الشباب القروي وبدعم من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية.

ويذكر أن الفضاء التشاوري بتارودانت مشكل من ممثلين عن المجلس الجماعي وعن هيئات المجتمع المدني بمدينة تارودانت، ويأتي لتعزيز الديمقراطية التشاركية و التشاور العمومي مع مختلف الفاعلين. 

وتتمثل مهام هذا الفضاء في خلق التشاور والحوار بين مختلف الفاعلين على صعيد المجال الترابي لجماعة تارودانت، وصياغة مقترحات عمل جماعية ذات أولوية بالنسبة للجماعة، وكذلك تسهيل عملية اتخاذ القرار العمومي، خصوصا من طرف الجماعة، وذلك عن طريق تقديم مقترحات وآراء من طرف الفضاء التشاوري حول استراتيجياتها وبرامج عملها.
