جماعة “صباح” تطرح مشروع تصميم التهيئة للتداول

أكد محمد الهلالي رئيس مجلس جماعة “صباح” بإقليم تمارة، خلال اجتماع اللجنة التقنية المحلية المنعقد يوم الثلاثاء 22 شتنبر 2020، (أكد) أن المجلس أنجز الوثيقة التعميرية الأولية بتنسيق مع السلطات المختصة من أجل بسطه على المجلس الجماعي وعموم المواطنين من أجل إبداء ملاحظاتهم حوله.

وأضاف الهلالي النائب البرلماني بفريق الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجلس النواب أن مشروع تصميم التهيئة سيخصص منطقة صناعية بالقرب من تجزئة بيع المتلاشيات إلى حدود الطريق رقم 4030، في أفق إحداث قطب صناعي يساهم بشكل كبير في توفير فرص الشغل، وخلق استثمارات مهمة بجماعة صباح، فضلا عن إحداث مجموعة مهمة من المرافق العمومية والمساحات الخضراء والمحلات التجارية الكبرى، وغيرها من المرافق الهامة، التي تضمنها مشروع تصميم التهيئة الجديد.

وفي الإطار ذاته، أشار المتحدث ذاته إلى أن الهدف من تصميم التهيئة حسب مقتضيات المادة 19 من القانون رقم 12.90 المتعلق بالتعمير، هو تحديد المواقع المخصصة للتجهيزات الجماعية والمنشآت ذات المصلحة العامة، التي يتولى إنجازها القطاع الخاص كالمراكز التجارية و المراكز الترفيهية، والمواقع الأحياء والمآثر والمواقع التاريخية أو الأثرية والمواقع والمناطق الطبيعية، كالمناطق الخضراء العامة أو الخاصة، وكذا ضوابط استعمال الأراضي والضوابط المطبقة على البناء…
