جماعة طانطان تدعو لمراعاة القدرة المادية للمواطن في عملية استخلاص الجبايات

احتضن مجلس جماعة طانطان، يوم الثلاثاء 19 يناير الجاري، أشغال الدورة الإستثنائية التي ترأسها عمر أوبركى رئيس المجلس الجماعي، بحضور أعضاء و نواب رئيس المجلس الجماعي، والتي خصصت لمناقشة تحيين القرار الجبائي الصادر عن وزارة الداخلية المتعلق بجبايات الجماعات المحلية.

وفي معرض النقاش الذي شهدته هذه الدورة، والذي حضرها ممثل المندوبية الجهوية للضرائب لتقديم كافة المعلومات والشروحات عن هذا القرار الجبائي، شدد عمر أوبركى على أنه سيراعي مجموعة من الظروف أهمها القدرة المادية للمواطن بمدينة طانطان.

ويشار إلى أن هذه الدورة الإستثنائية جاءت بعد مراسلة من طرف وزير الداخلية موجهة إلى ولاة الجهات، وعمال عمالات الأقاليم ورؤساء المجالس الترابية للمملكة، يدعوهم من خلالها بعقد دورات إستثنائية بغرض تحيين القرارات الجبائية بعد صدور القانون 07.20، القاضي بتغيير وتتميم القانون 47.06 المتعلق بجبايات الجماعات المحلية.
