حسن شميس: مبادرة رقمنة قطاع الصناعة التقليدية ستشكل دفعة قوية لحكامة القطاع وتطويره

شدد المستشار البرلماني حسن شميس؛ على ضرورة مراعاة التفاوتات المجالية والأخذ بعين الاعتبار الخصوصيات المجالية والذاتية في مسار تنزيل ورش الرقمنة بقطاع الصناعة التقليدية.

ونوه المستشار البرلماني في مداخلة وجهها لكتابة الدولة لدى وزيرة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني المكلفة بالصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني، اليوم الثلاثاء 22 أبريل الجاري بجلسة الأسئلة الشفوية، بالعمل المشترك مع وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة، والذي توج الأسبوع المنصرم بتوقيع اتفاقية مهمة تهدف الى تسريع رقمنة قطاع الصناعة التقليدية وتعزيز ولوج الحرفيين إلى الخدمات الإدارية الرقمية، من خلال إنشاء منصة وطنية موحدة تحمل اسم “منصة إي-صناعة تقليدية المغرب”.

واعتبر المستشار البرلماني مثل هذه المبادرات تشكل دفعة قوية لحكامة القطاع وتطويره، حيث ستمكن الصناع التقليديين من تبسيط وتيسير إجراءاتهم الإدارية، وستوفر لهم فضاء رقميا ورسميا لتدبير شؤونهم المهنية في علاقتهم بالمؤسسات الإدارية والشركاء المهنيين.

وأبرز شميس أن الفرص المتاحة على مستوى التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتطوير منتوجاتهم وتسويقها بطريقة فعالة وسريعة، من خلال التداريب والتكوينات التي توفرها وزارتكم. والعمل على الاستفادة من فرص أخرى تتيحها اتفاقيات أخرى تم إبرامها بين وزارة الانتقال الرقمي وإصلاح الإدارة مع فاعلين حكوميين آخرين، من قبيل إنشاء مراكز جديدة للمهارات التقنية والإدارية في المجال الرقمي التي تم إبرامها مع وزارة الاستثمار وإلتقائية وتقييم السياسات العمومية.

ودعا المستشار البرلماني للعمل على مواكبة التعاونيات والصناع التقليدين في المناطق الجبلية والقروية بشكل أكبر ومستمر كي ينخرطوا بسلاسة في مسلسل الرقمنة كعنصر جديد على الحرفيين لاسيما بالمناطق النائية.
