حلحول: “مكتب المواطن” سيلعب دورا محفزا في تقوية الانخراط في الفعل السياسي واتخاذ القرارات التي تهم تدبير الشأن المحلي

قال، رئيس مجلس عمالة المضيق الفنيدق، السيد أحمد حلحول، إن “مكتب المواطن” سيلعب دورا محفزا فيما يتعلق بالمشاركة وتقوية الانخراط في الفعل السياسي واتخاذ القرارات التي تهم تدبير الشأن المحلي.

جاء ذلك، ضمن كلمة ألقاها حلحول، خلال مشاركته أول أمس الثلاثاء 11 أكتوبرالجاري، مرفوقا بنائبه الثانية؛ السيدة رشيدة أشبون، في فعاليات الدورة التكوينية حول: “مكتب المواطن: آلية للمشاركة المواطنة بالجماعات الترابية”.

اليوم الأول من الدورة شهد تقديم محاضرة توجيهية قدمها رئيس اللجنة الوطنية لحماية المعلومات ذات الطابع الشخصي ورئيس اللجنة الوطنية للحق في الحصول على المعلومة، السيد عمر السغروشني. فيما انطلقت بعد ذلك ورشة عمل مع الفريق المؤطر للجنتين المشار إليهما، حيث جرى تبادل النقاش حول الآليات الجديدة لإنجاح برنامج الحق في الحصول على المعلومة.
وفي نفس السياق، أطر أستاذ العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية بجامعة عبد المالك السعدي، عبد الله أبو عوض الحسيني، مداخلة تأطيرية حول موضوع: “الديمقراطية التشاركية كآلية للحوار وسياسة القرب “.

إلى ذلك، تميزت الدورة خلال افتتاحها بحضور باشا مرتيل، ورئيس مجلس جماعة مرتيل ونوابه والمستشارين ومدير المصالح بالجماعة مرتيل وممثلي الهيئات، بالإضافة إلى رؤساء وممثلي مجموعة من الجماعات الترابية على المستوى الإقليمي والجهوي، وممثل كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بمرتيل، ورئيس المرصد الجهوي للحكامة الترابية، والمقيم الدائم لمؤسسة كونراد أدناور الألمانية، ورئيس مؤسسة مبادرات من أجل التنمية، إلى جانب عدد من أطر وموظفي جماعة مرتيل، وفعاليات المجتمع المدني.
