أتركين تسلط الضوء على إشكالات تدبير قطاع الماء وتقترح وضع سياسة استشرافية خاصة بالقطاع

سلطت؛ عضو الفريق النيابي للأصالة والمعاصرة؛ دة.حنان أتركين، الضوء على الإشكالات التي يعرفها تدبير قطاع الماء، أمام وضع سياسات عمومية يتجاوز وقتها وزمنها الدستوري ولاية حكومية.

وقالت البرلمانية في تعقيب إضافي خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية التي عقدت يومه الاثنين 23 ماي الجاري، بمجلس النواب، مخاطبة الوزير، “ألم يحن الوقت بعد لوضع سياسة استشرافية خاصة أمام الجفاف وندرة الماء والتغيرات المناخية، وذلك من خلال تفعيل المجلس الأعلى للماء والمناخ”.

وزادت أتركين قائلة: “خاصة بعد مراجعة مكونات المجلس والعمل جنبا إلى جنب مع المؤسسات الجامعية والمجالس الجهوية؛ وباقي الفرقاء المشهود لهم بالخبرة والكفاءة في هذا المجال”.
