خديجة حجوبي تطالب وزيرة السياحة بالنهوض بالحرف والصناعات التقليدية المغربية وتثمينها وحمايتها

اقترحت البرلمانية خديجة حجوبي؛ لتعزيز دور قطاع الحرف والصناعات التقليدية وجعلها مسهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية؛ التركيز أكثر على هيكلة ومواكبة الفاعلين بالقطاع، وتحديث فروع الصناعة التقليدية.

ودعت حجوبي في في مداخلة وجهتها لوزيرة السياحة والصناعة التقليدية والاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية المنعقدة يومه الاثنين 20 نونبر 2023، لتحسين ظروف العمل، وحث الصناع التقليديين على الانخراط بكثافة في تعميم التغطية الصحية؛ مع تبسيط شروط التسجيل الوطني للصناعة التقليدية، وإحداث مجمعات حرفية للصناعات والحرف التقليدية.

وطالبت المتحدثة الوزيرة بضرورة مراجعة القانون المنظم للحرف بتشاور مع الفاعلين، وتنشيط غرف الصناعة التقليدية وهيكلتها بشكل عميق؛ ووضع نظام ملائم للقروض بشراكة مع الأبناك، وإصلاح “دار الصانع”، مع إقرار الأغلبية التمثيلية للمهنيين بالمجلس الإداري؛ مع إقرار جائزة وطنية لتثمين مجهودات الإبداع والتجديد والتجويد المبذولة من طرف الصناع التقليديين؛ ووضع برنامج وطني للحفاظ على الموروث التقليدي، وعلى رأسه الفخار والخزف والزربية.
