دورة فبراير .. مجلس جماعة الساحل يُصادق بالأغلَبية المُطلقة على قائمة توزيع الدعم لفائدة الجمعيات المحلية برسم السنة المالية 2024

ترأس؛ السيد محمد حماني؛ رئيس مجلس جماعة خميس الساحل (إقليم العرائش)؛ صباح يوم الأربعاء 07 فبراير الجاري، أشغال الدورة العادية لشهر فبراير 2024.

الدورة المنعقدة في إطار جلسة فريدة، تضمن جدول أعمالها 8 نقاط.

وتم خلال الدورة المصادقة بالأغلبية المطلقة على مشروع قرار تنظيمي يتعلق بشغل الملك العام الجماعي بدون إقامة بناء بجماعة الساحل.

المجلس صادق على اتفاقية شراكة بينه وبين الوكالة المستقلة لتوزيع الماء والكهرباء بالعرائش، جمعية مدشر الرواح للتنمية والتعاون وتدبير الماء الشروب، وجمعية العنصر للتنمية والتضامن وتدبير الماء، قصد تزويد كل من مدشر الرواح ودوار العنصر بالماء الصالح للشرب.

وفي نفس الدورة تمت المصادقة على قائمة توزيع الدعم لفائدة الجمعيات المحلية برسم السنة المالية 2024. بالإضافة إلى المصادقة على بيع سيارة جماعية مستغنى عنها.

كما تقرر برمجة فائض ميزانية التسيير للسنة المالية 2023.

وفي الشأن الداخلي للمجلس؛ جرت معاينة إقالة محمد اخشيشو من عضوية المجلس؛ وإقالة رشيد بنجاعة من منصب رئيس لجنة التنمية البشرية والشؤون الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والرياضية. وإقالة علي بولعيون من منصب نائب رئيس لجنة الميزانية والشؤون المالية والبرمجة.
