ديدي تسائل الحكومة عن مصير المستفيدين من صندوق التكافل العائلي في إطار تنزيل مشروع الحماية الاجتماعية

وجهت النائبة البرلمانية حورية ديدي، سؤالا شفويا آنيا حول مصير المستفيدين من صندوق التكافل العائلي في إطار تنزيل مشروع الحماية الاجتماعية.

وذكرت النائبة البرلمانية الوزيرة بالأهمية الكبيرة التي يكتسيها صندوق التكافل العائلي، المحدث بموجب القانون رقم 41.10، في تدبير أداء التسبيقات المالية في حالة تأخر تنفيذ المقرر القضائي المحدد للنفقة، أو تعذر أداء النفقة لعسر المحكوم عليه أو نظرا لغيابه، أو في حالة عدم العثور عليه.
وأوضحت النائبة البرلمانية أن هذا الصندوق تم نسخه بموجب مقتضيات المادة 19 من القانون رقم 58.23 المتعلق بنظام الدعم الاجتماعي المباشر من خلال التنصيص على إحداث الهيئة الموحدة المكلفة بالدعم الاجتماعي بموجب مقتضيات المادة 17 من القانون رقم 58.23 المشار إليه سلفا.

واعتبرت النائبة البرلمانية أن هذا الأمر يدفع إلى التساؤل عن مصير المستفيدين من هذا الصندوق، خصوصا أن مجموعة من الطلبات المتعلقة بالاستفادة من الدعم المباشر تم رفضها، وبعض أصحاب الطلبات الأخرى حصلوا على مبالغ أقل مما كانوا يستفيدون منه في ظل نظام صندوق التكافل العائلي.
