رئاسة النيابة العامة تصدر تعليماتها للوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بالرباط لفتح بحث قضائي حول مزاعم وادعاءات صادرة عن صحف أجنبية

أصدرت رئاسة النيابة العامة اليوم الاربعاء تعليماتها للوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بالرباط لفتح بحث قضائي حول مزاعم وادعاءات باطلة ،تضمنتها مواد إخبارية صادرة عن صحف أجنبية،تنسب للسلطات المغربية العمومية اتهامات ، وتقحم المؤسسات الدستورية الوطنية في قضايا تمس بالمصالح العليا للمملكة المغربية.

وذكر بلاغ لرئاسة النيابة العامة أنه على إثر الاطلاع على بعض التقارير الاعلامية و المواد الإخبارية الصادرة عن صحف أجنبية منضوية ضمن إئتلاف يدعى” forbidden Stories ” تنسب للسلطات المغربية العمومية اتهامات ومزاعم خطيرة، وتقحم المؤسسات الدستورية الوطنية في قضايا تمس بالمصالح العليا للمملكة المغربية،و تبعا للبلاغ الصادر عن الحكومة المغربية الذي تندد من خلاله بهذه المزاعم والاتهامات ،واعتبارا إلى تواتر هذه المزاعم والاتهامات بشكل ممنهج، واستهدافها لمؤسسات وطنية مكلفة بإنفاذ القانون بشكل ينطوي على عناصر تأسيسية مادية و معنوية لجرائم مفترضة يجرمها ويعاقب عليها القانون الجنائي المغربي، فقد أصدرت رئاسة النيابة العامة تعليماتها الكتابية للوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة الاستئناف بالرباط لفتح بحث قضائي حول موضوع هذه المزاعم والاتهامات الباطلة، وتحديد الجهات التي تقف وراء نشرها.

وأضاف البلاغ أنه استنادا إلى ذلك فقد أصدر السيد الوكيل العام للملك المذكور تعليمات للفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية لإجراء بحث معمق حول الموضوع، من أجل الكشف عن ظروف وخلفيات وملابسات نشر هذه الاتهامات والمزاعم حتى يتأتى تحديد المسؤوليات وترتيب ما يجب قانونا على ضوء نتائج البحث.
